Unit fronts and doors for kitchens and bathrooms

THE STRUCTURE OF THE UNIT FRONTS AND DOORS:

  1. Chipboard/MDF core (depending on model)
  2. >>Wood moulding<<
  3. Applied >>veneer<< or>>Laminate<<
  4. Finally, a UV varnish primer and two coats of finish are applied. Alternatively, the doors can be supplied with oil-treated wood mouldings.

We manufacture unit fronts and doors, sides/gables, modifications and bases to order:


Thicknesses: 16 mm, 19 mm and 22 mm.
In veneer in different types of wood and treatment/colour as required.
In laminate in different colour options with wood edge profile as required.
As glass door with clear, matt or tinted glass.
As corner door (folding door).
With drilled holes for hinges/drawer in the doors/unit fronts.
Drilled holes for shelf supports and grooves for joints in sides.
